In order to go fast you either need to be ultra light or make a ton of horsepower...I wanted to have both so the car would be even faster. The following are some photos of when the car was coming apart. and the work that went into getting it prepped to be pieced back together. The emphasis was to remove as much weight from the car yet still have the car maintain most of the stock appearance. I set a goal to build the first 2500 pound street driven C4 Corvette and with the weight that light I should be able to run 10's in the quarter mile on cheap pump gas.
