Toledo Pro Fiberglass custom made me an ultra light cowl hood for my 84 Corvette project. The factory hood was so heavy it took two people to pick it up and my new hood is light enough that I can it carry all by myself. I would estimate the new hood weighs about half what the factory hood weighs. I also had Toledo Pro make me some update bumpers for both the front and rear of the car. The rear bumper was critical because we needed the extra space for the fuel cell and fuel cell mount. The crazy things we do to save a weight in the quest to go even faster.
